Abundant Life Baptist Church Seeks a Youth Pastor
Abundant Life Baptist Church (ALBC) has been glorifying God and reaching the Washington, PA area for
Christ since 1902. Washington is in southwest Pennsylvania, about 30 miles south of Pittsburgh.
Washington has its own small city culture, but it is close enough to enjoy the arts, entertainment, foods,
and professional sports teams of Pittsburgh. ALBC (albc.church) built a new facility in 2000 and expanded
it five years ago. Pastor Robb Williams was called as Senior Pastor in 2023, and under his leadership we
are looking ahead to continue the impassioned ministries of ALBC with a desire to glorify God in all we
do (I Corinthians 10:31). We endeavor to continue to love one another (John 13:35) and to remain
committed to reach as many people as we can with the compassion of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ
(Matthew 28:19-20).
The church is seeing growth and we are seeking to add a Youth Pastor to the staff. A Youth Ministry
intern has re-activated the Youth Program and the new Youth Pastor should build on that and develop
students as well as Youth Leaders. The candidate should have a recent Bible College degree. The
candidate should have youth ministry experience (as a student and as a leader), be energetic and have a
passion to reach young people in the community with the gospel.
