Who We Are
VCN Mid-Atlantic is a diverse fellowship of churches united by Biblical mission,
and our diversity is ethnic, racial, and geographical.
We are in a covenant relationship with Venture Church Network (recently known as CBAmerica). VCN exists to serve, resource and represent nine regional Baptist church associations across the United States, which includes the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, VCN is part of CBGlobal, a covenantal fellowship of eight national associations of CB churches around the world.

Ron has been in pastoral ministry for over 40 years (30 of which as a bi-vocational pastor). He has pastored in 2 churches, interimed in 3 churches, and was central in planting 3 more
churches. He served with Church Health Ministries as a church consultant and leadership coach, and in 2022 became the Executive Director of the 8 state, 94 church VCN Mid-Atlantic network.
Ron’s ministry heartbeat has always been to teach the Word of God to see lives transformed into becoming stronger Jesus Followers.
Ron and Kathy have raised 3 daughters, welcomed sons-in law, and greeted 3 grandchildren into their family. They are blessed to have the entire family living close by.

Grace has followed God’s leading through numerous doors of opportunities in her work life, including law and financial firms, Bible Institute and Bible colleges, Churches and now VCN Mid-Atlantic.
The people of faith and expertise she has met along the way have left lasting impressions on and made significant contributions to her life. In each setting she’s been stretched professionally and personally and hopes to use those experiences to the benefit of VCNMA’s ministry. She lives in Manchester, NJ.

Dave joined the VCN Mid-Atlantic team in 2022 as the Regional Financial Advisor. He brings with him decades of senior-level management experience and ability from several well-known national companies, both for-profit and non-profit corporations. Throughout his corporate life, Dave also served as Church Administrator in 3 different churches, using his business experience for these particular ministries to achieve the vision and goals of each, and usually in the capacity of Elder or Deacon.
Dave and his bride Debbie have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren, each living in NJ.
