When a church is seeking an interim pastor, they have many options. But not every interim pastor has an organization behind them with 30+ years of experience training pastors for this unique time in the life of a church. Each IPM pastor is backed by an organization with longevity and stability.
After serving for many years in Louisiana, Keith felt called to return to Pennsylvania in 2010 to be closer to his aging relatives. He became the senior pastor of Grace Community Church in Chalfont, where he continued his passion for preaching, teaching, discipleship, and community outreach until 2021.
In 2021, Keith joined the staff of Interim Pastor Ministries, expanding his ministry to support churches in transition. In February 2022, he accepted a position as interim pastor at Petersburg Baptist Church in Petersburg, New York. He concluded his service there in August 2025, successfully facilitating the smooth transition of leadership to the church’s new full-time pastor.
