The family friendly setting will include childcare (VBS style) for children age 3 to 5th Grade. Helping us again this year is Guest Leader, Flo Dressler of Central Baptist Church in Millerstown, PA. (Children must be registered and accompanied by Parents or Adult Supervision. Help our leaders prepare by registering early.)

Engaged in Your COMMUNITY: Dawes Dunham
Dawes has served in various pastoral positions for 43 years in upstate New York, Maine, and Pennsylvania. In 2009 he accepted the call to Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church in Danville, PA., and has served as the Lead Pastor at the church since July 2016. Dawes and Benda (married for 43 years) have 6 sons, 4 of whom are married, and 5 grandchildren (2 of which are girls: Yay!!) His hobbies…biking, fishing, hunting, and reading.
Engaged in Your FAITH LIFE: Casey Barton
Casey Barton serves as Assistant Faculty and Director of the Pastoral Ministry Program at Lancaster Bible College | Capital Seminary and Graduate School, in Lancaster, PA. Before joining the faculty of LBC | Capital in 2022, he served in various roles in pastoral ministry in Mississauga, ON, San Jose, CA, and Hilmar, CA. He is an author and enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and 2 sons, Eugene and Theo, snowboarding, riding bikes and kayaking. He also enjoys loudly rooting for the Red Sox, especially against the Yankees.
Engaged in Your LEADERSHIP: David Whitaker
Church ministry has been central to Dave’s life from the beginning. Born in Iowa and raised in Pleasanton, CA, he’s a “preacher’s kid” with deep roots in the SF Bay Area. He has served as associate and senior pastor in California and Arizona, as well as a police chaplain and Executive Director of Next Generation Churches. In 2020, Dave became the full-time president of Venture Church Network. He and his wife, Lanette, live in Greenville, SC. They’ve been married 44 years and have 2 grown children and 2 granddaughters.
Engaged in Your FAMILY: Cameron L. Baker
Cameron left a career with MetLife, submitting to a call to vocational ministry, which he had been avoiding for a decade. He is a long-time member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. And, for the last 6 years, he has been Interim Pastor for Grace Church on the Mount in Netcong and Randolph, NJ. His God-given mission is: “to preach the gospel, bind up the broken-hearted and encourage men to sacrificially love their wives”. He has been married to Cassandra for 35 years; first meeting when Cassandra was 5 and Cameron was 9. They are both native to NJ and have 3 adult children, each married with children. The entire clan lives in NJ, gathering often.
Engaged in Your REGION: Ron Markloff
Ron has been in pastoral ministry for over 40 years (30 of which as a bi-vocational pastor). He has pastored in 2 churches, interimed in 3 churches, and was central in planting 3 more churches. He served with Church Health Ministries as a church consultant and leadership coach, and in 2022 became the Executive Director of the 8 state, 94 church VCN Mid-Atlantic network. Ron’s ministry heartbeat has always been to teach the Word of God to see lives transformed into becoming stronger Jesus Followers. Ron and Kathy have raised 3 daughters, welcomed sons-in law, and greeted 3 grandchildren to their family. They are blessed to have the entire family living close by.
