COURSE DESCRIPTION:  The “church” is preparing for expected change. What can be done to better leverage yourself and others to better manage the change? How can you better support the change for greater success and more streamline adaptation from all those impacted? And what about change that wasn’t planned and you’re experiencing the change yourself while expected to still lead others through it with zeal & confidence?

Come and learn how to better develop, influence, and execute strategies for managing organizational change that balances the needs of the body of believers at large, as well as your leadership staff and volunteers and most important-yourself.

You will learn:

• That change is a fact of everyday life
   • An overview of the five stages of change
      • The critical steps in dealing with change
         • Big take aways from the book “Who Moved My Cheese”

Aaron Nygren is pastor of New Hope Bible Fellowship in Homer City, PA since 2013. He is also the founder of NTS, a 20+ year management training and consulting company located in Indiana County. He has advised thousands through individual coaching, team leadership programs in government agencies, private enterprises, para church ministries, and church organizations, for-profit and not-for-profit agencies. Aaron is often a featured speaker for SHRM meetings and conferences a well as community-based organization special events. Today NTS has clients spanning the continental United States He has earned degrees from Harrisburg Area Community College, The Pennsylvania State University and an M.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife Ellen thrive in Indiana, Pennsylvania, with their 8 children.
