Grace Church on the Mount has been carefully looking for a Senior Pastor for 5 years.  After diligent searching and vetting, it turns out the answer to their search was already on staff and fulfilling the Senior Pastor functions for a few years:

Associate Pastor Cameron Baker! 

So the Elder Board did the smart thing by God’s leading, and presented Cam to the congregation for the position.  The congregation agreed and voted to make Cameron Baker the new Senior Pastor in April 2025.

Pastor Cameron begins his Senior Pastoral ministry as very well prepared and respected, having ministered among these good folks for nearly 20 years.  He and his bride Cassandra are further blessed to have their grown children, in-law children, and grandchildren all living in the vicinity.

Cam begins his ministry as a known quantity with an experienced pastoral and leadership team on 2 campus locations, shared ministry values, and a vision to engage a busy community.  This was a different sort of journey for both church and new pastor.  And it all worked out just as God had planned it.
